Confusion and I'm all upset - there are a lot of things that I regret.
Should I keep trying or should I quit? Confusion's about all I get.

At first I said to myself "This can't be real!" It was a dream come true.
Only the good was there, I should have been aware -
the bad - it happens too.
I wasn't very happy in that other place - but I had peace of mind.
I missed my family and dear old friends - it was vacation time.

We met one night it was after the race - I really had some fun.
But then the morning came - I couldn't believe -
the pain had just begun.
